Horseherb is a shade-tolerant groundcover in the daisy family, typically found in woodlands, meadows, and disturbed sites. It withstands foot traffic and mows well, and if your lawn has any shady areas, it is probably Horseherb growing. Tiny yellow flowers dot the bright green plants from spring to summer, their nectar attracting small butterflies.

Because it is dormant in cold winters, mix with cool-season spring annuals and evergreens for continuous color. In central Texas, Baby Blue-eyes (Nemophila phacelioides), Widow's Tears (Commelina spp.), False Dayflower (Tinantia anomala), Violet Ruellia (Ruellia nudiflora), and sedges (Carex spp.) are good companion plants for shady areas.

Note : Preparation of materials for careful packaging of plants before shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, in addition to the standard shipping times.
