Native Gardeners Guarantee
Native Gardeners believe in the importance of plants. Our goal is to sell hard-working natives and polite non-natives that will flourish in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Our native plants grow throughout North America, so we are happy to ship them to your garden, even if they are far away. As gardeners, we understand the challenges of growing in less-than-ideal soil. We guarantee that you will receive the hardiest bulbs, seeds, or plants when you order from us. Our team takes care of packing your plants in compostable materials so you can grow more plants in your garden.
In their first year, native plants spend most of their time establishing deep roots, so they may not show any new growth until the following year. For up to one year from delivery, we will honor our satisfaction guarantee if care instructions need to be updated (because you are not experiencing success). Please contact us if you would like a one-time replacement (if available), account credit, or a refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. In the event of animals or extreme weather causing damage to plants, we are not responsible.
